From 1980 to 1989 the Grammy's picked every Best Album correctly to maintain the brilliance and power of each album chosen (minus Prince and Purple Rain). But after the decade turned, they have since only gotten 4 powerhouse albums that stand the test of time. It's incredibly noticeable and that's what will talk about today with the awards coming up this week. Also, I ended up actually purchasing the Pretty in Pink Blu-Ray -- and jury says: I'm an idiot.
