She shines a light on the possibility of feeling comfortable in our own skin when we live in a world so filled with noise, judgement and hatred when it comes to women's bodies. Benedita's story shows how our inner struggles can help to shape our outer compassion, connecting us to ourselves and to others, even as we stand out, look different, and feel alone.
