While exploring a gentle approach in my extended recovery from my eating disorder, I share some of the things I have learned along the way. Changing the way I view exercise, integrating non-appearance related compliments, and creating feelings of safety within my body through yoga have been a few key factors in facilitating trust with myself through this journey.
