Friends confidence is a very important factor for growth in life business, career or whatever things we do.

But, we need to understand that being confident is necessary but if we become overconfident then it can be dangerous for our success.

If we say 'I can do it and I will do it' this is a sign of confidence and it's a good thing.

But, if we say 'only I can do it and only I will do it' this is a sign of overconfidence and it's not a good thing for our growth.

If you are confident you calculate and analyze before taking any actions for a particular situation. Whereas, when you are overconfident you take action without any calculation or analysis. And, this may lead to a loss in terms of growth, money or success.

So, friends always believe in yourself, be confident but never be overconfident.
