When I work with you as a coach I will show you options. I explain the tools you need to make an intentional choice and how you use these tools.I lovingly confront with the stories you made up. About yourself, others and about life. I will check in with you to see if these stories are true and helpful.
I will hold your hand and cheer you on.I will most probably confront you with a new story you made up. With patience, compassion and a lot of love.
And you… You do the work. You make your choice.
You decide what to explore. You put in the action.
