The next book in the works – As the Cookie Crumbles For more information on Lori La Bey For more information on Lori (Loe) Petersen For 21 years, Lori worked as a Tour Director and Office Manager for Southwest Tours in Willmar and later traveled extensively as a Sales and Marketing Director for Golden Living. Some of the Golden Living facilities she represented provided specialized Memory Care. In 2006, Lori’s mother-in-law was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease and Lori accelerated her interest in Alzheimer’s awareness and dementia education.  Lori was instrumental in chartering Memory Loss Educational Networks in Willmar, Olivia, Redwood Falls, Benson, and later in Montevideo.  In 2015, she was hired by CCM Health in Montevideo and worked as a Memory Care Coordinator.
