A big greetings friends of Hive and colleagues of Street Workout Community. On this occasion, I want to share with you an amazing training day where I was able to perform some dynamic and static movements.

El 16 de abril fue un día lleno de motivación y logros. Tuve la oportunidad de ejecutar movimientos dinámicos que hacía tiempo no practicaba, ya que he estado concentrada en recuperar mi nivel competitivo y enfocado en mejorar mi técnica en movimientos estáticos.
April 16th was a day full of motivation and achievements. I had the opportunity to perform dynamic movements that I had not practiced for a long time, as I have been concentrating on recovering my competitive level and focused on improving my technique in static movements.























Fue una experiencia muy increíble, gracias al apoyo de mis compañeros de entrenamiento, Jesús Ramírez y Milano Armas, quienes hicieron este día aún más especial. Gracias a ellos logramos un entrenamiento intenso lleno de emoción donde pusimos a prueba nuestra resistencia y habilidad. Tanto Jesús como Milano describieron el día como el verdadero "freestyle al fallo," ya que el esfuerzo fue tal que nuestras manos llegaron a arder tras tanto tiempo sin ejecutar movimientos de esta intensidad.
It was a very incredible experience, thanks to the support of my training partners, Jesus Ramirez and Milano Armas, who made this day even more special. Thanks to them we had an intense training session full of excitement where we put our endurance and skill to the test. Both Jesus and Milano described the day as the real "freestyle to failure," as the effort was such that our hands burned after such a long time without performing moves of this intensity.
















Fue un día increíble para seguir creciendo y avanzando en nuestra meta de alcanzar nuestro nivel competitivo, día 9 de nuestra recuperación.
It was an incredible day to continue growing and advancing in our goal of reaching our competitive level, day 9 of our recovery.
