Prior to this role, Charles served as Trainer of Trainers and Communications Coordinator for Sports Friends Peru, helping develop local leaders and strengthen cross-cultural ministry communication. A dedicated missionary with SIM since 2010, Charles is passionate about using sports as a bridge for the gospel and empowering others to make disciples in their own communities.
