In today’s episode of Along The Keel I chat with Nicole Baker of Net Your Problem. Nicole, a fishing observer turned net recycler, was working in Alaska when she realized that the life of a fishing net ended as soon as it became obsolete. Knowing she could make a difference, Nicole, along with her team, set out to create a company dedicated to getting fishing nets out of the landfill and into the hands of consumers in the form of innovative products. With projects spanning the globe, Net Your Problem is doing its part to help the make our oceans a better place and giving old fishing gear a new lease on life.
