Are you compassionate towards the sick or ill who you disagree with politically? As followers of Christ, we've compartmentalized and reserved compassion for those that fit our mold and whose life resume we agree with. We've become like the Priest and Levite who walked on the other side of the road leaving the man from Jericho who was beaten and robbed and left to die. We know not what compassion really is.
