When an unprecedented HIV outbreak happened in Austin, Indiana in 2015 there was one physician in the community. Dr. William Cooke has now written a book about his time in Scott County and the lessons he learned.
Today we spend the hour with Dr. Cooke to talk about how things have changed in the years since, and whether other people in the community have learned those lessons too.
