After years of planning, reconstruction of the North Split Interchange that connects I-70 and I-65 in Indianapolis is starting soon.

Today we talk about why the North Split project was started, its impact on the community around it, and what construction will look like over the next two years.

We also learn about what the interchange could’ve looked like if earlier plans, made 50 years ago, were followed. And we talk to a representative from the Rethink 65/70 Coalition for their perspective.
