The Indiana Chamber of Commerce estimates that about 49% of Indiana employers have left jobs unfilled due to a lack of qualified applicants. Shortages in the workforce stifle economic growth across the state. Efforts to build the so-called talent pipelines have been underway for years, but even after we develop talent, how do we retain it?
