Listen "Healing Through Art"
Episode Synopsis
The COVID-19 pandemic took many of us away from our friends and family. But for some, quarantines and lockdowns also brought people to the arts. Today we explore how art can be an effective way to heal from stress and trauma.
We talk to advocates of the arts to find out how art can create a sense of community for people, and how accessible it is to Hoosiers. And we learn about the practice of clinical art therapy in Indiana.
Produced by Micah Yason.
