What happens spiritually when we go through low tides, "Tower moments," constriction and hardship? In my healing practice and work with the Akashic Records, I often get asked about the reason or the background story for what is happening. Why did I lose my money? Why do I keep repeating the same lessons? Is this a curse, a past life, a future life, etc.? But while stories or explanations may be helpful, ultimately, the most important thing is our response to the situation. When the same thing is happening over and over again, we are being expanded, we are being yelled at to build our foundation — and to choose a different response.
