Cris Balce was born in Quezon City, Philippines. He holds a double major in Management and Marketing from the Philippine School of Business Administration. Before joining the US military, he worked as a restaurant banquet manager.
He is presently a US Navy Chief Petty Officer. His IG handle begins with Iceman, yet his heart is full of warm love for his lovely family.
