Alvin and German conduct a great conversation with Slapbox Creative’s President, Jonathan Lopez.’06. An internationally published sports creative, he has shot the Olympics and other sporting events around the world. Through video and stills, his client list includes Nike, FIBA, NBA, Red Bull, Wilson, Basketball Hall of Fame, SLAM Magazine, Bobbito Garcia, Jordan Brand, Kicks USA, and many more. A cinematographer, he served in that role for Doin’ It In The Park: Pick-Up Basketball, NYC an independent documentary directed by Bobbito Garcia and Kevin Couliau. While at Colgate he was a student athlete, involved with LASO, WeFunk, and Brothers, a dorm Resident Advisor, and also attended study group in London. He received his Bachelor of Arts in English, with an emphasis in Creative Writing.
