Dr. Chris Bertram has a Bachelor of Science & Master of Science degrees from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas & a Ph.D. in Human Motor Control, from Simon Fraser University.
Bertram is currently the Associate Professor, Kinesiology at the University of the Fraser Valley, as well has the Flow Coach at Canada Snowboard & Senior Director of Applied Neuroscience at
EXOS. We discuss stress resistant learning, flow state, why doing hard things is so important and much more.
Flow states are those moments when people are fully immersed and engaged in an activity, which can significantly enhance performance and creativity. Dr. Bertram has dedicated his research to understanding these states and their impact on learning and performance.
