Steve’s family has stewarded Beatty Canyon Ranch in southeastern Colorado for nearly a century, and his leadership has stretched from land conservation to industry advocacy. He first became involved with Colorado Cattlemen’s during the fight against the Piñon Canyon Maneuver Site, a defining moment that shaped his voice for ranchers and rural communities.
