FACING DEEPEST FEARS: THE FULL BLOWN PTSD MONEY MELTDOWN!!
I wasn't sure if I would even share this Podcast at first because it is so raw, so painful, so private, and so revealing about my precarious financial situation.
There is a feeling that I am fighting for my life, and I really need that to end. I think many people are experiencing financial distress, but I could tell that this was a PTSD MONEY MELTDOWN due to my childhood. The fear of abandonment theme also came up, which is something I have been actively working on healing this past week. There is a follow up podcast and even a review podcast to follow because this MONEY MELTDOWN was SO revealing and it explains so much of what is happening financially. I cry every time I listen to this. There is the part of me that is just so ashamed, but then I have to remind myself that this is a recession and I am not alone in these feelings of poverty.
