Today we have the incredible Danielle Mainas, who is an artist, a very intuitive soul, a mother, a tarot card reader and one of the co-founders of Cacio e Pepe tarot - a tarot card brand rooted in connection, food, artistry, joy, presence and spirituality. We don't get into what tarot is until later on in the conversation so for those of you who don't know high level tarot is a tool for self discovery and introspection - it originated in Milan in the 1400s as a game and then evolved into a tool for self exploration. The way that Cacio e Pepe presents the 78 cards is in the form of a unique food, dish, or culinary concept that represents the card. For example, the pancakes card is their take on the 6 of cups and moules frites is their take on the queen of wands.
