My guest today, born in Canada, was a first round draft pick by the Ottawa senators in 1992 and went on to play over 1000 pro hockey games during his incredible career, capping it off with a Stanley cup in Tampa Bay in 2004. Some of his accolades include multiple AHL All-Star selections, 1997 Eddie Shore award winner as the best AHL defenseman and was the top scoring D-man that season and in ’96 led the AHL with an incredible plus 45. After his playing days ended, he immediately entered the world of coaching and I was lucky to have spent a couple weeks coaching with him last season here in Hong Kong as part of the CHG Master Series.
