Hello and welcome to the Athens City-County Health Department's 2021 Healthy Holidays podcast series. I'm your host, Ward Bryson (they/them/theirs), the '21-22 Health Education COMCorps Service Member currently placed with ACCHD. I'll be spending a lot of time through the winter season this year getting together with other folks serving the Athens community, cooking food that will look and taste great in your holiday spread at home, and talking about it a little bit with my guests.
