NuLu is far and away one of Louisville's most popular neighborhoods for locals and visitors alike. But that's doesn't come without a few issues. Those are discussed on this week's Access Louisville podcast. As he explains, there has been a proposal that would create a new taxing district that would address issues like cleaning up trash, assisting the unhoused and helping people feel more safe.
