We will explore the space where real estate and equity intersect through conversations with people and industry leaders. Real estate is not simply buying and selling and does not exist in a vacuum. Equity has everything to do with real estate, such as financial literacy and mortgage readiness; the rate of home ownership in black and brown communities compared to white communities, having a voice at the table in land use and pre-development. These are issues that directly relate to real estate as it intersects with equity.
