Listen "Tabled: Part 1"
Episode Synopsis
One year ago, St. Louis area leaders announced hard-to-stomach safety measures to curb the spread of the coronavirus. At the time, it was thought they’d only last a couple weeks, maybe a month.
For the restaurant industry, it’s meant enough pivots to make you dizzy, even stumble and fall down. But they’re getting back on their feet.
Abby sat down – from afar – with four local foodies for a special two-part episode series. They talked about what happened, what comes next and how the restaurant industry can and must recover after a year tabled. Part 2 will be released next Thursday.
