Happy Monday Loves!I woke up with gratitude in my heart. My body feels great, my heart is open and I'm feeling joy mixed with some freedom. My brain is able to focus and be present with what's true. The More challenge has brought me back to eating More of what I know makes my body/mind/spirit feel good. We're all different. I know that veggies and protein in the morning and my carbs in the evening makes me feel great. What is it for you? This week take time to be present with how food makes you feel. When you notice something that makes you feel good, eat more of that. Something makes you feel crappy? Eliminate this week. Enjoy! 💚
