Listen "650-It’s Thankful Thursday! How To Deal With Difficult People"
Episode Synopsis
Happy Thankful Thursday Loves! Align is our new word and a lot of us are loving it! It’s reminding us to look over a shoulders more often and see how the dots are connecting. When I see how it’s all fitting together, I get this overwhelming, heart full of gratitude. I shared my gratitudes from this lovely week. How is your heart feeling.? Share what makes your heart smile. Your connection, comments and questions fires me up.I answered a question! I’ve been wanting to focus on answering your questions more in the podcast and sometimes I do without mentioning that it’s something that came up in class or a text conversation I had with a yogi. As I was thinking about it, I got a text! And THAT’s why we’re focusing on Align. The more we recognize it, the more it keeps happening. Focusing on what’s Aligning might tempt you to push away people, places or things that are difficult. You might be tempted to think if it’s not comfortable or you’re in discomfort it can’t be alignment. I offer the exact opposite. A difficult situation or person is here to hold a mirror up for you and offer you an opportunity to grow, to vibrate at an higher frequency. The question was if we’re not pushing away a difficult person, how do we deal with them. The yoga answer includes my teachers suggestion for a meditation and some dbt answers along with the yoga answer. I hope you’re joining up September 7, 2:30p at OmTree for Harvest Full Moon Yoga. September 8 we’re on Zoom for a RESTOREative version, 7:30pSeptember 20 we’re back at OmTree for Hips and Hearts Workshop, 4-6:30p. See you then n the mat! Love, Melissa 💚
