Despite its prevalence, many individuals hesitate to seek help for fear of judgment or ostracization.Statistics from Psychology Today reveal that the average age of first exposure to porn is 13, setting the stage for a potential lifelong struggle. Shockingly, around 80% of men and 30% of women (45% when considering women who watch with their partners) engage with porn on a weekly basis.It's crucial to recognize that sexual and porn addiction is more widespread than commonly acknowledged.
