Meditation begins at 2:00 Episode 2 is a guided breathing practice. As you practice, I invite and encourage you to feel and connect with the flow of your breath in your body. Where does it flow with ease, where does it linger, how does it feel and what might by surfacing in terms of feeling and thought? I invite you to honor yourself, your voice, you body by allowing it to just be, no judgement, no censoring, no explanation, just be.At the end of the practice, maybe note what occurred for later thought and contemplation.
