Listen "Building Self-Worth in our Pre-teens with Amber Duffney"
Episode Synopsis
Today on the podcast, I’m interviewing Amber Duffney, coach and facilitator for a program teaching teen and preteen girls. Amber’s message revolves around empowering girls from a young age through building confidence, self-worth, their value, and to have a voice. She’s set out to help girls in this pivotal time of life to experience who they are and remind them that the world needs them exactly as they are. Amber’s hope is that by boosting the love and intentionality that revolves around pre-teen years, those young girls will make better decisions, let their true selves shine to the world, and connect with their purpose. I also feel that this conversation is one that we all need to hear. We all have worth and it’s not enough to let the media and internet teach our kids mixed messages. We can implement conversations and tools from a young age to combat what’s coming at them.Girl Mama Collective on Facebookhttps://www.facebook.com/AmberDuffneyCoachingSupport the show
