Here's a description of our Soul Attunement Meditation and a bit of the science behind how it restores our souls:

* Promotes restful sleep by changing brain waves from beta to alpha

* Relieves anxiety or overthinking by addressing challenges you faced during the day

* Aligns your thoughts with your vision of the future for effective manifestation

* Tunes your energy to the creative harmonies found in nature for proper soul alignment and realization of your dreams

* Includes listening prayer with God that satisfies your spirit’s hunger for the Father

What we do:

* Ten minutes of quiet time and sharing
* We focus on a central theme for our meditation that is drawn from inspiration
* Chants, music, and/or brainwave sounds that align with our energy centers
* Reflect on thoughts and affirmations in a safe space of virtual community
