I go over revisions on the script and how many tiny changes add up to sweeping improvements. Then I discuss in person rehearsals with the main cast and how my approach is different than most. I jokingly say I'm more of a European director versus an American one and dive into how that may relate to you. Then I highlight working on the ins and outs of creating a "guidebook" for the actors and crew. Afterward, I shift gears and talk about trading in old gear and tips for you.
