Listen "A Simple Way to Create a Strong Group Dynamic"

Episode Synopsis

While I was in college I worked for my film professor Rob Patton-Spruill. It was for his show Garden Girl where I worked alongside several other classmates. One thing we always did at the end of each day was share out highlight/lowlights. This is different than what worked vs what could be improved because highlights/lowlights are meant to be personal and fun. And fun they were. Sharing them each day really brought us closer together because we thought back on the day and many times we got caught up on what people were doing that we had no idea about. So this simple activity is one I recommend to anyone that wants to create a strong group dynamic (whether on a film project or anything else).
