This episode features an interview with Shyam Patel.
Shyam is currently a Master’s of Arts Education student at the University of Ottawa. A few years prior to that, he worked as a fellow with Teach for India from 2014-2017. During his Fellowship, he taught two grades in the same classroom as the school he was placed in an experienced teacher shortage. He now finds himself, after three years away from Ahmedabad, working with his students as a tutor. In his spare time, he enjoys reading and watching anime.
