In this episode Dr. Pamela Lemoine and podcast host Annie Vander Werff discuss the transformation of primary and post secondary education, SAFE schools, and training regarding the future of global leadership. Dr. Lemoine shares her international teaching experiences and how to effectively work in a cross-cultural environment.   
Dr. Pamela A. Lemoine has Ed. D. in Educational Leadership from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, a Master’s degree in Educational Technology, and a Bachelor’s degree in English. Dr. Lemoine’s P12 experiences include leadership roles as a principal, district supervisor for 33 elementary and middle schools, and a Director of Federal Programs. Dr. Lemoine lived and worked in Okinawa, Japan, Germany, and Canada, has served  as a consultant, as well as working in higher education. Dr. Lemoine is the Program Coordinator for the Global Leadership Doctoral Program at Troy University. Her current research interests include global leadership, micro-credentialling, and online learning.
