Dear Friends, our body is the vehicle we use to experience this reality.   As a spiritual seeker, I've struggled with my body because I used to belief that my body is part of the problem.  It turns our that's not the case.  Our  body is a tool and as such a tool is neither the problem nor the  solution.  Just like a car is neither inherently good nor bad.  A car can take you  to places or it can kill you or someone else.   Our body, on the other hand, is much more  complex than a car.  In this episode I want to explore our dynamics  with our body and share my thoughts on this vehicle so far.
