There is something soothing about sitting in the middle of nature. As we go about our busy, distracted lives, we tend to become more and more disconnected from the calming force of what the universe has provided for us.
Today's meditation takes us through a nature walk I recently took where I was able to experience the wonderful transition from monkey mind to tranquility. This episode is an example of the benefits we can gain, just from spending a little quiet time outdoors.
