Listen "44. Who Not How-Avoid burnout and work avoidance"
Episode Synopsis
Have you reached the realization that no matter how hard you try, you can’t do everything? Is your job asking too much? Is it too demanding? Are you feeling anxious and depressed because no matter how hard you try, you can’t remember everything? If you answer yes to these questions, you may be suffering from trying figure out “how” to do everything rather than by finding “whos” who excel at everything! Let’s be honest, no matter how much we will try, we know we can’t be good at everything. We simply can’t excel at all things in our business, home, or other endeavors. However, we can all agree that God gave us all unique talents and gifts. This means that the world is full of people who EXCEL in the areas that we just aren’t good at. Rather than do everything yourself, what if you wrote down the tasks you do each day that you aren’t good at, cause you grief, etc., and seek to find a “Who” that gets excited about doing those things. Rather than trying to determine how to do those things correctly, you can partner with another person who LOVES doing those things! Many of the ideas in this episode come from an amazing book that we think you should read right now!
