International Women’s Day is not just about celebrating the achievements of women—it’s about reclaiming our voice, our power, and our place in the world.
We will talk about sovereignty and what that is:

Emotional Freedom – not allowing others to dictate your worth or your healing.
Spiritual Liberation – trusting yourself and your inner wisdom above external validation.
Sacred Boundaries – saying yes to what serves you and no to what diminishes you.
Radical Self-Acceptance – releasing shame, guilt, and conditioning that tells you who you "should" be.
