Listen "Exercise Is Not Natural…But it’s Good! | 61-90 Day Challenge | 4 of 12"
Episode Synopsis
Today on Exercise 28, we will begin reading Foxe’s Book of Martyrs written in 1563 by English historian John Foxe. We will definitely not finish this book by the end of our 90 Day Journey but that’s ok. We will also conclude the book of Genesis. And at the end of todays episode I’m going to share some advice and insights from Harvard Professor Dr Daniel Lieberman about how exercise is counterintuitive to our human nature but good for us, as well as tips on how to take care of your feet and avoid plantar fasciitis. As always, the bulk of our time today will be spent doing the actual practices of prayer, spiritual reading and gratitude.
