Derek is a software engineer turned entrepreneur that has started four businesses over the last ten years. Prior to his current day job, Derek worked as a consultant for companies in the technology, telecommunications, health, retail, and energy industries. He has a knack for explaining complex concepts in simple ways and believes that if you can't explain something simply, you don't understand it well enough.
