Listen "Orc Claw of Luthic Deconstruction"
Episode Synopsis
In this episode of 8-bit Monsters' Monster Deconstruction for D&D 5e we look over the Orc Claw of Luthic. These female orc clan members show service to the clan through their healing arts and protection in home lands. Don't let this fool your adventuring party though. If provoked, the orc claws aren't named so for their looks. The claws are lacquered to razor points and used for fighting. Listen in to see how this divine caster can also put up a good fight!
New Episodes every 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd of the month!
The idea of this podcast is to break monsters down into their bare components: DCR & OCR. These two values will allow us to see how strong they are and to see where D&D got the CR values from. I'm doing this because all too often, players skip right to level 3 to avoid the hell levels and possibly end up dead. Generally, each monster is a balancing act that isn't equal to the final value.
If you like what you hear and want to see this process in a visual medium. Then come stop by my YouTube channel (Andrew Fillhart) and watch the magic in action. There will be extras there not present here in the podcast.
