Christine has a conversation with Melissa Sztym, the Team Lead for the Stroke-Early Supported Discharge Program with Alberta Health Services at St. Mary's Hospital in Camrose, Alberta Canada. They talk about the services that they offer to Stroke Survivors which includes the ESD program where staff come to the survivors residence to provide therapy rather than having the survivor come into the Hospital. Christine participated in this program and together they describe how it works and the benefits. This is an amazing program, check it out!!
