Sometimes we just need to tell the truth. No matter how hard it is. The Black community has a long way to go to close key gaps we experience as a disenfranchised group. Romanticizing the struggle won’t help. We need to face facts and talk about long-term solutions. As the saying goes, the truth will set you free, but are we ready to talk about what the truth really is?
