Stephanie Be, Yonaka Theledi and producer Mike went through to the Golden City Shooting Range to have Sasha-Lee Du Plessis’s South Africa’s top markswoman to teach us what IPSC shooting is. Clip 1 – 1. CA – Shooting Intro and Interview 1 In this clip Stephanie Asks Sasha about IPSC shooting and they chat about how long Sasha has been doing this sport for (11 years) which is actually not that long. She tells us how she started shooting too. She tells us how she was selected to represent South Africa, and how many woman are taking part in the sport. Clip 2 – 2. CA – Shooting - Safety Brief Rules and Instructor Shoots. In this clip we run through the safety parameters of using a firearm. We look at what the rules are when shooting on a IPSC Range, and Sasha shoots her first round. She shoots her round in 4.73 seconds!!! Clip 3 – 3. CA – Shooting - Interview 2 Yonaka asks Sasha what her challenges are when she is in a competition. Sasha also explains what her mental gameplan is. Stephanie asks Sasha how she keeps calm in a competition and how she handles a firearm under pressure.  Clip 4 – 4. CA – Shooting - Steph Shoots We asked Steph how she is feeling about shooting and she says she has faith in Yonaka and Mike. The range officer Oliver compliments her on her shoot. Clip 5 – 5. CA – Shooting - Interview 3 Sash tells us how showing perseverance in sport helps herself improve in her personal life too. She explains that she is aiming to travel to Hungary next. Clip 6 – 6. CA – Shooting - Mike Shoots Mike is super nervous and then shoots his round. Clip 7 – 7. CA – Shooting - Yonaka Shoots Yonaka shoots her round and goes through how the gun moves when you fire it. She also gets some tips as to how to shoot. Clip 8 – 8. CA – Shooting - Scores  Sasha reveals all of our scores in the competition.  Clip 9 – 9. CA – Shooting - Ratings
