What if you allowed them to relocate whenever they wished to with their pianos and horses at company cost (read musical instruments and pets)?
Has the pandemic changed our value systems and what we want in the workplace? How about how you handled emails while you were OOO (Out Of Office, silly)? Do you answer, read and respond to them all? ​Does some AI do it? ​Or delete them and start afresh. After all, someone else on cc would have taken care of it by now. And if it were urgent, they would find you anyhow; not wait for your response via email.
