I think anyone who has met or seen Andy speak at an event would think of the words ‘energy’ and ‘enthusiasm’. Andy’s work with the CIPD changed, what was perceived as a somewhat dusty and out-of-touch organisation, into something vibrant and exciting - as evidenced by the fabulous Festival of Work. Andy is also an accomplished author with two acclaimed books to his name and countless articles too. But it didn’t come easy.
It’s fair to say that this, our Season 1 finale, is one of the most personal 3 Life Lessons we’ve recorded. It was wonderful for Andy to share these deeply personal lessons so openly for the benefit of others.
