Today's episode is a bit rough. We were experiencing some recording issues and unfortunately this was one of the casualties. We did what we could to fix it, but a lot was lost and this is the best we could get from it. Today, myself, Randy and Becky discussed some fried chicken wings that we played around with. It's nothing too crazy, but worth a try. It's a very simple recipe that we started on the smoker then ended up deep frying. The batter was very basic and the oil was nothing special. Thanks for listening and enjoy.
