This week we speak to retired PE teacher, Christine Stanley. Christine has always loved being active and despite being diagnosed with cancer and then Parkinson's she hasn't lost her passion for life. She's recently become a Nordic walking instructor and credits it with giving her a sense of hope. Christine shares her tips on positivity and battling against the odds.
